On Christmas Eve and Other Things

Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.”

2020 is just days from ending. It is a year that none of us will soon forget.  For many it seems as though our world was upended.

Yet,  Jesus' light always overcomes darkness.  It was true when the angels appeared to the shepherds, and it is true in this most unusual of years.

This Thursday night we will celebrate this truth as we gather online to worship, pray, and hear of Christ bursting into humanity's  suffering and changing everything - for good.

Truth

This Sunday we will be starting a new series on TRUTH.  We live in deceptive times.  The sermon will cover what is the source of truth, how can truth be discerned, the blessings of living in truth, and how to share truth in a hostile world.
